OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER, AS OF SEPTEMBER 6, 2008. GAME STARTS AT 12:00 AM EASTERN TIME ON SEPTEMBER 6, 2008 AND ENDS AT 11:59 PM EASTERN TIME ON OCTOBER 5, 2008.

1. HOW TO ENTER:

This sweepstakes must be enter via the Internet, at www.PetEncore.com, and click on the "Sweepstakes" link. When you click on the link, you will be asked to enter your email address and click "Enter". Then you will be asked to enter a pet name, if you have not already done so. You will then have an opportunity to submit more pet names, rate other pet names, or tell your friends about this sweepstakes. You will receive 5 sweepstakes entries for each new pet name you provide, 1 entry for each name you rate, and 1 entry for each unique friend you send invite to this sweepstakes. Limit 5 invites per day. Intentional repeated submission of duplicate pet names will be disqualified. False information, including but not limited to bad quality description, will be disqualified. Intentional abuse of rating, including but not limited to repeated unreasonable low or high ratings, in our judgment, will be disqualified. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. We encourage you to enter daily.

2. PRIZE:

3. RANDOM DRAWING:

A random drawing will be held on or about every Monday, from all eligible entries received by PetEncore.com. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. ELIGIBILITY:

Sweepstakes open to legal residents of United States 18 years of age and older as of SEPTEMBER 6, 2008, except employees of PetEncore.com, its parents, sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, persons living in the same household, and the families of each. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

5. GENERAL:

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, Terms Of Use, and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Potential winner must sign and return any required Winner's Agreement and Release within seven (7) days of attempted delivery. Winner must provide a photo of himself / herself to be posted on the PetEncore.com winner page. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Winners will be notified by email. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, unless prize is generally unavailable at sweepstakes' end, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners assume all liability for any injuries or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance and/or use of any prize, and release PetEncore.com, its parent (ForwardMatic, Inc.), respective affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertising and promotions agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (the "Released Parties"), from any such liability. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If, in the judges' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to void suspect entries and/or terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination.
