Refund Policy

We refund the full purchase price, no questions asked, if:

• your song failed to generate — our system retries automatically; if it still cannot create your song, the song page shows an error asking you to contact us, and we will refund you in full (or regenerate the song, if you prefer);
• a technical error on our side prevented you from receiving or downloading the song you paid for.

Write to support@petencore.com with the link to your song page. We respond within 2 business days and refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

Each song is digital content created to your individual specifications and delivered immediately. Before paying you can listen to a free preview, and at checkout you explicitly consent to delivery before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Because of that, we cannot offer refunds for taste alone — but if something went wrong on our side, the section above applies.
